Most important to-do on all the stages is to consult your
OB/doctor/caregiver/midwife
1) Before performing or undertaking any activities which include
physical movements.
2) Continuing any existing medication or starting any new medication.
3) Confirming diet and food habits for avoiding any
reactions/conflicts.
4) Facing any unusual pains/cramps/bleeding/discharge etc.
5) Drink Plenty of Water.
6) Religiously take your prenatal vitamins, supplements, etc.
7) Take Belly Photos.
8) Eat Healthy – Make a diet plan to include various fruits,
vegetables, milk products, grains, etc.
9) Make a pregnancy calendar for prenatal appointments, tests, checkups
etc.
10) Sleep Well – At least 7-8 hours of sleep daily.
11) Check and Plan your finances/Plan your Baby Budget
12) Be informed about various stages for pregnancies, complications,
baby development, etc.
13) Maintain Pregnancy diaries and Baby Diaries(after the baby is born)-
Start writing or jotting down your pregnancy related experiences, your feelings
for your baby, etc.
